As you may already be aware, our colleague, Dr. Paul Randolph McNeer, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2010 after a brief illness.  Dr. McNeer was a true friend, trusted colleague, patient mentor and superb, compassionate physician.  He was a role-model for all of us, and he will be deeply missed.
Dr. McNeer was with our practice, Commonwealth Eye Care Associates, for the past five years.  It continues to be a significant honor that he pursued an opportunity to be with us for the last years of his professional life, and it is our continued honor and privilege to uphold and extend the high professional and ethical standards set by Dr. McNeer.
